Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of flexskill.education (the "website"), which is run by the company named at the end of this page ("we"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the website does

• It describes courses for teachers, with the dates, places and trainers planned for them, and lets you send us an enquiry.

• Course information can change. Dates, places, trainers and course content shown on the website are for information, and are binding only once we confirm them to you directly.

• The website does not sell courses or take bookings. Sending an enquiry, through this website or through the linked Typeform form, does not create a booking or a contract. Taking part in a course is agreed with us separately.

Accounts

• You can create a free account with your email address and a password. At present an account gives you nothing beyond signing in.

• Use an email address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Using the website

Please do not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malicious code or misleading enquiries;

• try to reach areas, accounts or data you are not authorised to use, including the administration area;

• interfere with the website, overload it, or get around its security or its limits on repeated requests;

• collect its content automatically, other than by search engines indexing it.

Content and intellectual property

The text, course descriptions, images, logo and design of the website belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright. You may view them, print them, share links to them, and use them within your school or organisation to choose a course. Any other copying or republication needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to services run by others, such as the Typeform enquiry form and our social media profiles. Their own terms and policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.

Availability and accuracy

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it.

Liability

The website is free to use and is provided for information. We are liable for damage caused by its use only to the extent the law makes us liable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the cookies we use in the cookie policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website changes. The version published here applies from the date shown below.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
